Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will reschedule your service as soon as possible.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Deposit Policy

Material-based projects and larger installations may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits become non-refundable once materials have been purchased or ordered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind our workmanship. Minor touch-ups or workmanship concerns reported within 3 days of project completion will be reviewed. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, weather, customer damage, or lack of maintenance.

Property Access Policy

Customers are responsible for removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, toys, pet waste, decorations, and other personal belongings from work areas before the scheduled service.

Underground Utilities Policy

Customers must clearly identify underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible dog fences, septic systems, landscape lighting, and other hidden obstacles. ClearLine Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed items.

Lawn Growth Policy

Lawns experiencing excessive growth due to missed services, weather, or neglect may require an initial cleanup charge before returning to regular maintenance.

Seasonal Scheduling Policy

During periods of heavy rain, rapid growth, extreme heat, or severe weather, service dates may shift to maintain quality and crew safety.

Estimates & Pricing Policy

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change if the scope of work, measurements, site conditions, or requested services change.

Customer information is used only to provide services, process payments, and communicate regarding appointments. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except when required to complete requested services or comply with applicable laws.
